In this episode, Bruce welcomes VMC Staff Zan Schriver and Gail Mullins to discuss their experiences managing The Guest House during the pandemic from April 2020 to June 2021. In partnership with the Knox County Health Department, The Guest House operated as a quarantine/isolation shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness that tested positive for COVID or were waiting on their test results.
